Kids/PreTeen/Teen and adults all start at 10:15

Four CrossFit Brand X teens traveled to Columbus, Ohio, to join other teens from around the country to compete in CrossFit Kids’ third Gauntlet competition held at the Arnold Sports Festival on March 4.
Jack Marks (age 13) and Duncan Martin (age 13) competed in the Junior Varsity division and Matt Ross (age 15) and Cole Dick (age 16) represented CrossFit Brand X in the Varsity division. All four performed well.
Duncan Martin took third in the Junior Varsity division, going head to head against some much larger 15- and 16-year-olds. Cole Dick pulled an incredible 480-pound deadlift and placed third in a Varsity division packed with awesome athletes.
Look for the Gauntlet at the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games and back in Ramona in October. Most of the Brand X and CrossFit Kids HQ team will be in Ohio this week for The Arnold, cheering on some of our teens (Duncan, Jack, Cole, Matt) competing in The Gauntlet.

NO Jr Kenpo or Adult Kenpo Wed. 2/29, Fri 3/2, Mon 3/5.
No Krav class this Saturday, 3/3.

Regular schedule will resume on Tuesday, March 6th.
