Having played at the College Level ( Water Polo at Redlands University) and Coached high school swimming and water polo, Jeff is well aware of how quality Strength and Conditioning can affect an athletes performance.
In the fall of 2003, he found CrossFit. By the spring of 2004 Jeff was traveling to Santa Cruz to become a certified CrossFit Trainer and originally added CrossFit to the Brand X line up to improve combat athletes performance.
The incredible results, community and philosophy motivated him to attend as many Certifications as possible in the following years. He was awarded the honor of CrossFit Coach in 2006.
