Hey y'all, Just a HUGE shoutout and GRACIAS to all the folks at Brand X...little ones included for sure! I had a spectacular time this weekend at the cert., it was motivational, inspiring, and every time I saw Jeff get a little tear in his eye,Proud Papa, I remembered that CrossFit is a family on so many levels..God bless you and PEACE! Family is exactly what I felt like while at Ramona...The cert was clear, concise, professional, covered all pertinent topics in relation to teaching kids Crossfit, and it was F U N !!!! Each speaker presented their information utilizing their own personality and presence!
Thank you to the Martin's and the crew at Brand X for hosting the cert! I am taking home a lot of information to get our program up and running again at Santa Cruz Central!!! Thanks Mikki for giving some pointers and suggestions to start a successful program full of FUN and ENERGY!!!;) Thanks to all the children who participated and demonstrated the carryover of teaching the movements!
Also, so glad to have made some new "family" friends and look forward to visiting their boxes...
Thank you again for all the time and effort that went into this past weekend. It will remain a powerful, wonderful memory...
