Jeff Martin

Jeff owns and operates CrossFit Brand X with his wife Mikki Martin. As a result of his chief role in the birth and continued evolution of the CrossFit Kids program, he was named Director of Youth Training for CrossFit Headquarters in 2011. At Brand X, he handles all of the programming for the adult CrossFit and CrossFit Kids Teen/Advanced programs. Jeff holds the distinction of being one of a handful of instructors in the world to have been accorded the title of CrossFit Coach and is CrossFit Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, basic barbell, gymnastics, endurance, mobility, nutrition, and CrossPIT certified. In addition, he is a USAW Club Coach and USAW Sports and Conditioning Coach.
Jeff is a fifth-degree Kenpo karate black belt and has attained the level of sifu (teacher or master). He is also a KMNTC-certified Krav Maga instructor.
