Hello,
Tomorrow i am leaving for a week to France. My parents have a second house there and need my help with some stuff. Apart from that its nice to be away for a bit.
Of course i really want to continue with Crossfit, so i am looking fro some help.
Internet isn’t working as far as i know and i wont have access to weights, although i am sure there will be tree trunks or rocks. Most likely there wont be a pull up bar available.
So i was wondering if you guys could help me out to setup a few wods for: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday(rest day), Tuesday and Wednesday.
