These days there’s dudes gettin’ facials, manicured, waxed and botoxed. With deep spray-on tans and creamy lotiony hands you can’t grip a tackle box.
Yeah, with all of these men linein’ up to get neutered it’s hip now to be feminized. I don’t highlight my hair, I’ve still
got a pair. Yeah, honey I’m still a guy.
Oh my eyebrows ain’t plucked there’s a gun in my truck. Oh thank god, I’m still a guy.

Looks like the link is dead for the file. Probably happened in the switch of the site.

Just wanted to say I did take this portable WOD doc on a recent “Christmas” cruise to Mexico and actually did use it. I did the “Burpee Ladder” and a “Tabata” work-out in the ship’s gym. Considering the number of lobsters I had during the formal night dinner, these two work-outs where the very LEAST I could do.
The link above currently works and it’s definitely something you should download and store away for your next vacation getaway.
That’s my two-cents. Back to watching “Grey’s Anatomy.”

J… No, I am on a PC running a popular (not my fav) operating system. In any case, the 404 page that I got is HTML. That’s platform independent.

Yup…. That says that the file isn’t where the link is telling the Apache Web Server to look for it. I sent a PM to Guarddawg.
BTW, Ubuntu Linux rocks.

The document was not transferred when the site was moved to new hosting.
As the site has been moved again since then it’s probably lost.

I found a copy of the file and have uploaded it to this site and edited GD’s post, so the link works now and should continue to work so long as the site uses Expression Engine as its base.
In my thrashing around I also found this file that GD had posted elsewhere.

For completeness I’ve uploaded that too, so between the two, you have a pretty nice list of portable workouts you can play with.

Thanks, Metric!
Having the option not to spend tons o’USD on equipment and/or travel will make my wife happy. She’s pregnant. We want her happy!

There are quite a few budget approaches to home-made equipment that work well too. You can’t get around the need to buy a bar and some weights at some point, but there are some cheaper options (second-hand largely via Craigslist) available to you.

Metric,
Thanks for the info…and for the activation e-mail…
I’ve seen some of the cool approaches to home brewed equipment on the forum. I have plans…and I even have space. All I need now is my two front teeth and a budget. From what I’ve read in the travel document, on Eva T’s page and some other places, I can do enough to with modest equipment to improve my state of health for a while. Before I do any O-lifting I’ll spend some time at an affiliate learning to do such things properly. I hope to be a regular at Crossfit Tulsa by September or October…budget willing.
Good health has a price, but it’s value is beyond enumeration.
Best,
Michael
