Thanks for this document. I am currently in a location that focuses on appearances, not what really is. If you have a personal trainer your working out. It is not about real weights and real sweat. This means the accommodations are not what they need to be to get my workouts done. It has caused some lag in my commitment. I finally decided to drop the excuses and check out everything there is to offer from the Crossfit websites. My goal, head back to the states in better shape and loving my attitude towards the words “I cant because…”!
