This workout is designed to be done in 20 minutes.  The beauty of the workout is that it is exactly 20 minutes.  keeping track of how many sets you are able to do in 20 minutes.

5 Push-ups, 10 Squats, 15 Dips 1st circuit
5 Squats, 10 Dips, 15 Push-ups 2nd circuit
5 Dips, 10 Push-ups, 10 Squats 3rd circuit

Do continuously without a break.  Your break is when you are DONE! 

I was able to achieve 3 sets of each circuit and one of the 1st in 19:47 minutes.  Good Luck and post your attempts

I’m going to Vegas in February and these workouts would be great…  However, I don’t the hotel’s gym will have a place for me to do dips.  Is there an alternative?

Benches, chairs or pull two machines together. Otherwise just do push ups.

I will be all over this area now.  I spend 1/2 my time in hotels.  So did this today. 20:00 minute time.

1. 5 pushups, 10 squats, 15 dips   —4
2. 5 squats,  10 dips, 15 pushups   —4
3. 5 dips, 10 pushups, 10 squats   —3 timer done at 7 pushups on the 4th

I will try this one again in 3 -4 weeks and see if I have progressed.

So today in Chicago I did;

3 rounds for time.
15 Pistols per leg
50 squats
20 warrior lunges
50 jumping jacks
20 burpees

26:48
