This workout is designed to be done in 20 minutes. The beauty of the workout is that it is exactly 20 minutes. keeping track of how many sets you are able to do in 20 minutes.
5 Push-ups, 10 Squats, 15 Dips 1st circuit
5 Squats, 10 Dips, 15 Push-ups 2nd circuit
5 Dips, 10 Push-ups, 10 Squats 3rd circuit
Do continuously without a break. Your break is when you are DONE!
