A few of my co-workers and I are trying to create a list of things we can do/use in and around the ambulance while at work to get a good workout in during our downtime. We have different bags available as weights. We have bars in the ceiling but cannot do full pull up on them without smashing our face on the ceiling but can come close. I’ve put towels over the bar and done pull ups that way…they were harder too. smile There is a step on side as well as back of ambulance. I carry a jump rope with me as well. We have access to a playground depending on where we are posted in town and obviously weather dependent as well. We have a bench in the back to do abs and dips (tris).

I have read the body weight workout information and will be printing and posting that at work. However wanted to know if anyone can think of how to incorporate the equipment.

Thanks!

Amy

Hmm, could you send some pics?  Maybe seeing what you have available will spark some creativity?
