I saw a need for a demo video using something heavier than PVC pipe and pink dumbells so here ‘ya go:

The athlete used in this demonstraton is not perfect, but he works cheap and has convenient hours. (Plus he needed the practice.)

We also do a 3 position snatch complex @CF East Sac utilizing the high hang, the hang and just below the knee.
