Hi all


I just wanted to say thank you to all the guys ( and Girls) at Brand X for making my visit so much fun.

Jeff, Mikki, Conor, Keegan and Duncan..thanks for putting up with me and Karl for the week

Brand X crew, Jason, Sean, Sarah, Andrea, Laura, Sifu Dan, Ricky, Big Steve…( and everyone else)..you guys rock!

Like we said before we left, if anyone is out our way there is a place to stay in London(at Karls) and up in Scotland at mine.

Davie, I really enjoyed meeting you and Karl. You say practically strangers, but it felt like we were already old friends.

CrossFit is a great community and I value that part as much as the butt-kicking workouts.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

Glad you came, and very glad you turned out not to be like the last two creepy guys (Karla and Devine) we met on the internet and had stay at our house…sheeesh !
