Pull-ups followed by Hand Stand Push-ups, 21, 15, 9 for time. Total time 8:22 with a minute between to rest. second set broken on HS of 10, 5. Had to do them assisted. Not sure the form on the Hand Stand was great but it hurt like hell so I’m sure it was working something.
