The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them. We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies. If they show up here for the first time and have to wade through 5-10 posts before we have a chance to scale for them, it can make it more difficult.

Today, everyone is a Big Dawg. Everyone can do this workout as Rx’d. If you are unfamiliar with the lift or have an absolutely horrible air squat, go light and work on form.
No access to equipment, so my WOD buddy and I picked to do (since we missed it in the rotation anyway). This was very taxing. Luckily, we did it one at a time on a track, with the partner timing and using a whistle for starting and stopping. All I had to do was run. Used my burpee challenge as a warm-down and did extra. Only 54 burpees in the hole now!
No gym access today, but I could use the track so I did the workout from Aug 17 -
15 rounds for distance of:
Sprint 20 seconds
Rest 40 seconds
Start each round at previous round’s end point.
Total Distance: 1680 meters I’ve got some nice blisters after doing this WOD in my 5-fingers!
Cooled down with burpees and throwing the disc with my WOD partner.
Burpee challenge Day 60 and make-up from yesterday, Day 59.

Well I got my first nose bleed ever! During the hspu I think it was the bending my head back to touch my nose to the floor. But I shoved a peice of paper towel up my nose and kept going and then I got a 5 plus min PR say blood go fluff yourself!
