Squats - my nemesis.

135-145-165-175(f)-165-165

Marissa: 20-45-55-65-65

Does anyone know - should I be squatting to a medicine ball? That’s what i’ve been doing as I am trying to break the long ago habit of not going deep enough, but its basically like starting from square one.

Planned to scale to 200 m walking lunge but hung deer stands and cut shoting lanes for 4 hrs in 90 degree weather and called it a day.

15-12-9-6 for 3 rounds 10-25 pounds.
Sumo deadlift high pull and Push-jerk

Now am I getting something wrong here. I am looking at my time compared to others and it seems extremely slow, not too mention I only did 2 rounds and not 3. Maybe I got it wrong. I did 15 SDHP, 15 PJ, 12 SDHP, 12 PJ, 9 SDHP, 9 PJ, 6 SDHP, 6 PJ for time took a 5 minute break, then the same, took a 5 minute break and then 15 SDHP and only 3 PJ for fear of loosing control of the bar. I used a Barbell with only 10 pounds on each side for a total of 65 pounds. Is that where I went wrong, just too much weight for a puppy? My 1 round time was 10:32 and then 2nd round time 7:26. Not as much resting between movements as the first set. On the first set I wanted to make sure that I was performing the movements properly as to not hurt my back. Are my times compareable, or are people only posting there fastest times? I know I shouldn’t compare myself to others but a little friendly competition does wonders for the soul. Even if the other person doesn’t know they are competeting! LOL! Help me if I’m in the wrong direction.
