gym closed, so stuck at home with no equip necessary from eva T (great resource for lazy programmers like me!)

5 burpees
20m bear crawl
15 air squats

5 rds for time

8:39

not my favorite WOD, but better than missing a day for lazy’s sake

On the TGU are you supposed to do 21, 15 and 9 on each arm in each set alternating each time (ie. Right, left 1, right, left 2)

It’s 21 total the way I read it.  R-L-R or whatever till you get 21, then if you’re really worried about being even, start on teh opposite arm on the 15 round . . .

Ran 1.5 miles to the gym.

Practiced 40 Turkish Get-ups with a 10 lb dumbell (20 each side). Did not try the press because I was afraid I wouldn’t make it home.

Ran 1 mile home and walked the other 0.5. Did not puke, but wanted to.

And now, I collapse in sheer exhaustion. What the heck! I thought yesterday’s rest day would have been sufficient to recover but quads are still burning from SDHPs on Sunday morning. This shouldn’t be too much work for me…

No, I’m not competing with you; I’m competing with me: the me of last year, last month, yesterday. I want to be faster, stronger, and fitter than her.

Pack:
With a 17 pound barbell, 21-15-and 9 reps for time of:
Turkish Get-ups, alternating arms
Sotts press

time: 18:30

scotts press unbroken, not really a barbell, more like a weighted bar thing, not as long but was probably around 5 ft.

Pack:
With a 15-25 pound barbell, 21-15-and 9 reps for time of:
Turkish Get-ups, alternating arms

Did this one untimed as I did it with a friend. Used a 20# dumbbell for the TGUs. 22# barbell for the Sotts presses.
