With a 45 pound barbell, 21-15-and 9 reps for time of:
Turkish Get-ups, alternating arms
Sotts press

15.28

My TGU were from lying down to standing then drop bar and repeat with alternate arm.  Correct me if I’m worng…I believed the TGU were from lying down to standing…NO from lying down to standing then lying down=1 rep.
