We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

pull up bar and resistance bands are new to me- couldn’t figure out the kipping motion with it. Used black band from p90x pull up bar & band set. I think ~ 50 pounds. Just an all around different feel than with the gravitron - but I do like it - but will take some getting used to.

Tie a five-pound plate to hang an honest 8” above your tiptoe reach and complete 3 rounds for time of:
30 Jump and touch
25 Squats
20 Sit-ups
15 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups unassisted
11:30
Thought the first 30 jumps were tough, but then went from pull-ups to the jumps and realized I was wrong…

From Monkey bar gym
‘3x20x3’ medium level
3 rounds for time of:
20 Box jumps,24” box
20 Aligator pushups
20 Alternate dumbbell rows,28kg
Time=10.15
Great workout! I found the box jumps were moderately tough after yesterdays deadlifts and lunges. The Aligator pushups were different and more challenging than normal pushups. Surprised I was able to do the 28kg rows. Next time i’ll try the advanced/RX’d wod.

Didn’t say so I’d go with one hand is all that’s necessary. You hit the full range of motion. If you want, switch arms once in a while.
