Forward roll, 3 burpee broad jumps, lunge to door, sprint to the end of the building, back pedal back, over the vault.
WOD:
3x 5 minute “Cindy”.
2 minute rest between rounds.
Start next round where you left off and total rounds for all three rounds.

Max hang on bar.
Max set toes to bar (can’t come anywhere close to T2B. Or K2E. I think the nerve damage in my stomach has something to do with it. That or I’m just a weakling now. Or both)
WOD didn’t happen because too many people came in to talk to me.
Had a guy walk in yesterday while I was squatting. By the time he was done yacking at me I was cold. Missed my last to sets.

I’ve had the same problem quite a few times. Headphones. I’ve started to wear them even if they’re not plugged into anything. I just ignore anybody who talks to me, and keep trucking. My wife thinks it’s rude, but I’m not there to socialize.
