25 burpees

WOD:  10 rounds + 5 thrusters + 7 cleans + 4 SDLHP

CASH-OUT:  a lot of panting and then 4 x 25 burpees

I never thought I’d say this, but the thrusters were the easiest.  In the later rounds, I had to take longer and longer breaks between exercises to rest the forearms, otherwise my grip would have failed.  Didn’t do burpees from yesterday, so I owed 125, not pleasant.
