We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies. If they show up here for the first time and have to wade through 5-10 posts before we have a chance to scale for them, it can make it more difficult.

I did this at night and was kind of difficult because of the light on my watch. Couldn’t see my stopwatch without pushing the light all of the time. Something I will remember.
Had an accident…..slipped on box jumps in 2nd round and smashed face sgainst wall. Split lip, lots of blood and very watery eyes. Gonna look pretty at work today!!!!
I am training for a sprint triathalon (my first one!) for the end of this month, so I dropped a little crossfit endurance in there before the weight WOD:

Then, I did the split jerks, starting really low because I havn’t done them in a while and needed to get form first. I ended up PRing by the last one though,

*Perform a plyo push up by placing one hand on a 45 lbs plate and the other on the floor, perform an explosive push up that allows you to transition the hand on the floor to hand on the plate

best run was 13:24 and most push up were 18 on a 45# rogue bumper
