I believe I set a new PR for most consecutive failed reps! Besides that booo. Anyways I did match my pr but I thought I would be able to beat it and I was not giving up easily. Nor was I very pleased that I didnt get it. Wah Wah poor me. Today is another day!

Happy with improving form on this movement after the Coach Berg vid. Need to continue working on getting the back leg on the toe in the ‘quarter lunge’ position as opposed to flat.

The 195 was a form failure.  I got the weight back up, but my form was dreadful.  Thought about trying to get that 3rd rep w/better form, but I was toast by then.
