Just finished blogging about my goals for post pregnancy. 4 weeks to go with pregnancy number 2! Have been doing Crossfitmom.com WOD’s mostly this pregnancy, but really looking forward to getting back into things properly!

My specific goals are as follows:
By Christmas to be able to do most/all WOD’s as Rx’d.
By Christmas to have increased my Deadlift to 90kg
Double unders -I WILL have 20 consecutive DU’s within 2 months.
Paleo 100% with one cheat meal per week within 2 months of giving birth.
Improve my rowing technique
These are post-pregnancy goals ?! Hell, I was hoping to accomplish that first one within the next year or so!
I’m with TP, if you were at that level prior to pregnancy, you need to put “Become more of a badass” on that list!
Great goals. I’m sure you won’t have any problems knocking them down
