Since working more on my gymnastics stuff I feel better, sure its probably all mental though sinceI havent had enough time to gather data. I am trying to spend more time training the bottom of my squat and coming out of the bottom of the squat. So like pausing at the bottom. Doing sotts presses and stuff like that. I know mobility is an issue, I just am convinced there is more to it than that.I am consistently working my mobility issues though so dont think I am avoiding the issue. I obviously still have a lot to learn on the subject so I am learning as I go. I might be wrong maybe it is just a mobility issue and I am already a perfectly rounded crossfitter but I dont think so. I am trying to keep detailed records of what I do and what I feel is working so I will keep you all posted. Thanks for the input.
