GD, I’m sure Jake spent hours upon hours a day working out to achieve these numbers… to the detriment of his MetCon, correct?
If only there was a program that would allow for the development of this beastly strength AND keep MetCons in tip-top shape.
Could there be such a program?!

Not as heavy, not as upright, but I’m going to get my hips into that groove if it kills me.
