CrossFit Kids at the Arnold

The CrossFit Kids HQ team are currently in transit to Columbus Ohio to man a stand presenting CrossFit Kids to the Arnold Sports Festival.

This is a huge exhibition and having CF Kids there puts the program in front of a lot of people.

I don’t know the exact list of who is attending, but I think Brand X is going to be pretty low on trainers for a few days.

CrossFit.com is there as well I think.
