I’m new here and I have been looking around trying to further my education on Crossfire training and facilities in my area that offers it. While doing this I have noticed that each gym, for the most part, has a different WOD. Is that typical?

Clear this io for me oh gods of the forum!

Short partial answer:

http://www.crossfitbrandx.com/index.php/forums/viewthread/4913/

Basically affiliates are responsible for their own programming.  They may or may not follow mainsite.

Some affiliates program on their own (that is, design their own wods).  This site, Brand X, programs their own classes (as you see from the link above).
