Hi there
I am new to CF and working my way into a lot of the exercises. I have noticed I have a problem with most if not all of the exercises that involve lifting heavy weights overhead: OHS, push-jerk, handstand push ups, etc, etc. Either I can’t do them at all, or can only do with very light weights and is uncomfortable.
I suspect it has to do with kyphosis—tendency to hunch at the desk. Wondering if anyone has ideas for how to help out with this. Exercises? Stretches? Form issues?
