WOD: 4 time
1 mile run
2 min - 30 yd dual barbell carry (270#)
30 HSPU’s minus number of carries times three.

I got three full carries in two minutes, so I needed to do 21 HSPUs to complete the WOD.
Time:  12: 41

Pretty fun.  Shoulda been faster on the mile.  Barbell carry was a challenge trying to get the correct balance.
