cut off was 12:00minutes I came in 4th in my division

I knocked the stupid stick off repeatedly on the StS jumps and knocked down the supports again and again very frustrating beat the next girl by only 4 seconds.

cut off was 10:00minutes, I came in 1st in my division

first overall by technical as two of us tied with 8 points but I finished 1,1,2,4 and the second place finisher was 1,1,3,3.

This was a really fun event, Skip Miller and Front Range CrossFit have put on the regionals the last 3 years so they have a lot of experience everything was so smooth and fun for all. Hopefully some other areas will do Masters competitions, and of course other areas should put on kids competitions.  grin

Had every intention of knocking out the WOD today, and then the lawnmower broke, I had to borrow the neighbor’s, and the day just went to hell… All I really accomplished was mowing the lawn…
