Five rounds for time of:
Run 200 meters
3 Muscle up progressions(subs 12 Pull-ups, 12 Dips with assist)
Run 200 meters
3 Handstand push up progressions (on bench can’t do handstand yet)
Run 200 meters
15 second Tuck sit
Run 200 meters
10 one leg box step ups (with 15#‘s in each hand)
I wanted to quit so bad after the 3rd round but kept pushing to do all 5.
