I don’t have access to a kettlebell, what would be a good substitute for this exercise or just the kettlebell?

WOD 111023 (Pack) Bradshaw

8 RFT of:
3 HSPU (facing wall, palms 24” from wall, touch top of head to floor between hands),
6 DL 185lb,
12 PU,
24 DU

Time: 31:21

Did this one in the morning (football tonight). Was aiming for 20-24 mins but instead spent a lot of time sucking in air and staring at the ground. PUs especially hard after DL - after first couple of rounds I could only manage sets of 4 before my grip gave in.

Do dumbbell snatch.  Same great exercise, less trouble on your wrists.

21, 15, 9 (or puppy numbers), just like the snatches. Watch the demo videos if you can.

Tabata dips / sit ups / squats

75 / 59 / 143 = 277

Beat old score by 5; not a huge improvement, but at least it’s in the right direction wink
