8 sit ups. 8 squats 8 row
I substituted this one with 6 sets of each exercise and skipped rowin machine
Pullups: 8,8,5,5,3,3=32
Pushups: 20,13,12,6,7,8=66
Situps (on floor): 10,10,9,9,9,8=55
Squats: 22,17,14,12,16,13=94
