10 Up-downs
5 Parallette pass-throughs (forward + back = 1) (used 2 chairs)
10 Grasshoppers (right + left = 1)

Clean 65, 95, 135, 145f
Bench press 195, 225, 275, 285f
Overhead Squat 20, 95, 115, 135 form got really sloppy on this one.


I was really surprised by the difficulty of the OHS. But does give me something to work on.

Haven’t got an interval timer yet so I was using my iPod again which was messing up on me which allowed more rest time cuz i was trying to get it to work so the numbers arent that accurate.  I still went hard though and I did order a Gym Boss interval timer today.  Great Workout!!

30 double unders

8 rounds + 3 pull ups. My DUs are the strongest thing I do hands down, and they got really winded fast. Recently reevaluated my technique and now can spin them faster, so they take more out of me.
