Its been a while since Ive posted on here, but I have multiple PRs already this month.
Ive begun the Starting Strength Program and have trying to keep my work output constant as I gain weight and strength. Still doing crossfit as often as I can in between SS days.
PRs so far:
205 squat for 5 reps
295 deadlift for 5 reps
185 Bench Press for 5 reps (needed a little help with the last one, but still 5lbs over my current wt)
115 strict press for 5 reps
180 power clean for 5 reps (bodyweight)
