Why does the pack version have more TGU’s than the Big Dawg version?

Less weight, so more reps to get close to the same amount of work as the Big Dawgs.

Hart House Circuit

3 round for time:
2 laps (2/7 km or almost 300m)
7 push-ups (CF-style hand-release)
10 squats
8 x up-&-down flight of stairs
7 sit-ups
10 20″ box jumps
3 dips
3 pull-ups

BUY-IN:  1 round of WOD

WOD:  15:02
rd1 4:36, rd2 5:08, rd3 5:18

CASH-OUT:
10 deep squats, holding it for 2-3 seconds at the bottom.
Lots of groin stretching

Looks like a did a whole bunch of OTHER STUFF today.  Hart House (where I will now do my WODs) was a little ahead of its time, it seems, with a quasi-CF workout, with 8 stations and various degrees of dogs, set up 50 years ago.  It’s been a while so I started at Intro 1 and did it in 15 minutes (23 is their target).  Clearly, I need to go up.  Will attempt Bronze level next time, see what happens.  I like this place because it actually has a pull-up bar and dip bars around the track (and I can hang my rings on the pull-up bar too!).  Plus, it’s usually empty early mornings.
