Haven’t posted in awhile, but ready to get back into it….
I was going to do Murph today, but life happened - baby was up and down, which pushed my workout later and later - running outside was not an option.
So….I completed the same WOD i did on 6/14/11:
3RFT
20 Pushups - progressions
20 Pullups - green band assisted
20 Situps
20 Squats
TIME: 13:30
on 6/14 my time was 15:20 and with pushups on the wall and beginner pullups.
I’m satisfied!!
