Ran 2.5 miles in place of 800s at 20:46. Couldnt get to a gym so put on the running shoes and ran.

Struggled today, it didnt feel good - vomited on the last 800m… always fun when running past the local pub!  Was hoping for better.

Checked out with 800m walk of shame back home (past the pub to much amusement of the locals!)

I think amusing the locals comes with the sport.  Until they try it.

Too true. Neighbours enjoyed watching me lunge with 10k plate above my head last week… One even came out to have a go - think I got some way to go to convert them.

800m WOD

Buy in: HIIT Chest and Bi workout

WOD: I was going to do it on the treadmill for an accurate distance but I waited for my husband and we did it together, the only problem was that I had my Garmin on and he went so far ahead I had to guess where 800M was for him to stop and then after the first round it got a little weird with our breaks, so needless to say we did the best we could, but I think my time is too fast because I took less than 2 min break, not because I run a fast 800.
