Yes, the numbers seem odd. The track is 1/7 of a km, so I ran 6 laps to approximate 800m. Regardless, I think I was a bit slower than last time, even with the extra 57m per round. Back extensions were usually broken 25-15-10, but my last round, I managed 30-20. I was doing them off a 20″ box with my feet hooked into a bench. Sit-ups were the real killer here (real surprise too!). Will have to improve on those. It looks like I’ll be Weekend CrossFitter for a while until the baby gets a little bit older and less needy.
