Yes Metric, surprise our kids lift heavy!
There is a difference between doing the CFT as a WOD and exploring your limits and doing it in a competition. Today we are doing it as a WOD. The number one rule today is “Don’t be pig headed!“ You need to be sound tomorrow to workout again.
I will be posting some new demo vids for this later. Just finished teaching a Kids Course so pretty tuckered out.

10 single-arm KB snatch, 1 pood-1 pood-1.5 pood
15 single-arm DB thruster, 20#
Every 90 seconds for six rounds:
Squat clean+2 front squat x 3, 65#
Just working the rack position to get some stretch across the left forearm. No pain, slight ache though.
20 minute AMRAP of:

Which is 89kg for those from progressive countries.
He’s also 6’ 2”, so he’s not heavily built in case anyone was thinking he’s one of those kids who’re built like a tank and lift a ton form day one.
