The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them.  We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies. If they show up here for the first time and have to wade through 5-10 posts before we have a chance to scale for them, it can make it more difficult.

Yes Metric, surprise our kids lift heavy!

There is a difference between doing the CFT as a WOD and exploring your limits and doing it in a competition.  Today we are doing it as a WOD.  The number one rule today is “Don’t be pig headed!“  You need to be sound tomorrow to workout again.

I will be posting some new demo vids for this later. Just finished teaching a Kids Course so pretty tuckered out.

CrossFit Total

Squat=205
Press= 135
Dead lift= 320
Total=660lbs

I have to say I’m fairly new to heavy lifting like this and crossfit but I was hoping to see a little higher numbers. Going to have to work a lot harder.

198

Which is 89kg for those from progressive countries.
He’s also 6’ 2”, so he’s not heavily built in case anyone was thinking he’s one of those kids who’re built like a tank and lift a ton form day one.
