The runs were a different story: took awhile for legs to loosen up after each rowing segment.

I had my lvl 1 certification the weekend that just was and have decided to follow brand x wods for at least 1 month before changing anything. Looking forward to finding my weaknesses! Kb swings were definitely the challenge in this one but glad I finished in the right time frame.
