Three rounds for time of:
Row 1000 meters
Run 800 meters
Time: 31:30
Rowing is a definite weakness. Each 1000m took around 5:50 and anywhere from 135 to 141 strokes. First 2 800s done at 7:41 pace (treadmill), last one done under 7:00 pace. Took a little time for my back to loosen up at the start of each run.

OK, I broke down and had to order one of those skull kettlebells snagging cash from my savings for a outdoor multi person chin up rig from Rogue. If you didn’t see them, check out the main site and look closely at that that lady is standing on for her pistol.
I can’t wait to have this sucker sitting on the grass outside when my workout buddies show up at 5 am one morning.
Stretched and rested today. Also uploaded the videos that my BrandX remote trainer asked for.
