First WOD since my back was strained last Thursday. Took it sensibly and listened to may body.

Bike ride + Band warm up then Front squat 5-5-5- 3-3-3

bar,40,50, 60, 65, 70kg

Then 3 rounds of 3 L pull up + 6 TGU (3L+3R) 16kg rest 1 minute
