Pleased with effort. Muscle-ups turned into singles as i couldn’t do it continuously. Broke push press up into sets of 10. First time doing push press. Finished WOD feeling like my arms were going to explode. Defiantly going to be sore in the morning.

No mystery here. I have been implementing my own variation of CFSB and it really works. My only goal for 2011 was to pull 400 and it is done. 2012 goal will by squat 300.
