Knees (especially left) really stiff from all of the push presses on Friday

Row 2K:  10:17.6 (splits of 2:44.6, 2:35.7, 2:31.0, 2:26.4)

Run 1000 meters
100 Push-ups
45 pound Snatch, 10 reps

Didn’t get time, hit wrong button on phone and deleted it.  Did 40 push-ups the way they were shown in video, they were hard with the extra range from chest on ground.

Workout of the Day
1 Burpee
2 Handstand Pushups
3 Deadlifts 225/155
4 Box Jumps 24/18
5 Thrusters 95/65
6 KB Swings 70/55
7 Pushups
8 Pullups
9 Clean and Jerks 95/65
10 Walking Lunges
11 Wall-balls 20/14
12 Power Snatches 95/65
Perform the workout just as the “12 Days of Christmas” song is sung and refrained. 1 burpee, then 2 Handstand Pushups and 1 Burpee, then 3 Deadlifts 2 handstand pushups 1 burpee, etc…..

Not sure I did it right but i did, rnd1…rnd1, 2…rnd1,2,3…rnd1,2,3,4…etc.


25 minute time cap had me into round/day 11 plus 5 Lunges.  Finished round 11 and 12 up and ended at 34:04, really slowed down.  This WOD pushed me as hard or harder than any time doing FGB or Filthy 50.  At first glance it looks easy and is in the early rounds, but around round 9 it gets tough.  Thrusters really slowed me down even though I did them all unbroken.  Push ups and pull ups seemed to be the easiest.

Pack (38kg snatch instead of 35kg)
Run 800m, 75 Push-ups, 38kg Snatch x 10. 8:45.

Felt strong on the pushups. The snatches were quite demanding after the prior exercises.
