Perform the workout just as the “12 Days of Christmas” song is sung and refrained. 1 burpee, then 2 Handstand Pushups and 1 Burpee, then 3 Deadlifts 2 handstand pushups 1 burpee, etc…..
Not sure I did it right but i did, rnd1…rnd1, 2…rnd1,2,3…rnd1,2,3,4…etc.
25 minute time cap had me into round/day 11 plus 5 Lunges. Finished round 11 and 12 up and ended at 34:04, really slowed down. This WOD pushed me as hard or harder than any time doing FGB or Filthy 50. At first glance it looks easy and is in the early rounds, but around round 9 it gets tough. Thrusters really slowed me down even though I did them all unbroken. Push ups and pull ups seemed to be the easiest.
