Im back….again

So, I never posted again after I got to Okinawa. I kept up with some WODs, but leaned more toward weight lifting the rest of the time I was there. Now, I’m in Afghanistan and looking to get back into it AGAIN. I bulked up to about 210 lbs and about 16% bodyfat. My final max on bench is 355 lbs, dead lift is 505 lbs, and squat is 445 lbs. I figured that this couldn’t be too bad since I’ve never put up those numbers before.

Im really not sure where I am going with this post.

But what I do want to know is, would I be wrong if i was doing a WOD in the morning, and a WOD in the evening with skill work when I’m just getting back into CrossFit?
