Wow, the row on this one absolutely sucked.  I didn’t think it would be too bad until I started pulling and there was just nothing there.  Shoulders were toasted, core was very fatigued; all this makes for miserable rowing.

TT 6:24 - misread todays wod but I still got my share today.
