Still training with BrandX Remote Personal Training.

I’ve never had this many PR’s in month before.

Two in two weeks

3 RM on Deadlift pulled 160 lbs today at the end of a strength Workout following a modified Strength bias program with a trainer.

7 days ago, pulled 155 at the last lift for 3RM which was a pr

This morning pulled 160 and didn’t even think about it, just set, pushed through heels and stood up three times even did numbers 2 and three with very short no reset time at the bottom.

And followed the bias workout up with a very tough WOD.

Were you able to reach that level with WODs or have you focused specifically on that strengthening that lift? No need to go into detail I’m just curious.

Inertia plays a mighty role in recovery, and an object at rest on a couch can stay there for a long time.

I’ve been usig the Crossfit Strength Bias for several years - I don’t think mtcon WD’s only would develop the strength I have at present.

Technically it’s a Feb 2012 PR and I would have had a record of consecutive PR’s if I had just done this one day earlier

This am, did a full workout with stretching mobility buy in,

Then strength of Back Squat with BrandX remote training

Busted through 3 rep max of back squat at 170 pounds (previous was 155 pounds)

Did this as the end of my difficult strength workout then followed it up with a tough WOD.

I have to say, if you can’t move up in weight, get a competent professional to look at and then fix your form!
