16 Rds + 16
Hands are shot, fore arms failed and I could not hold the bar. Things that flashed through my head as i knew i had 3 pull ups to get rd 17 done. “I can’t hold the bar tried one pull up and slid off the bar, jumped back up and made it”.  Pull up 2 to finish, going up my hands ares slipping. Going down my fore arms do not function and omg if i finish i have to do another round.  Tried to get the last one and could not get my chin above bar and the time on the round ended.

Death by Pull-ups/ Pull-up Ladder

12 minutes, 78 pull-ups total, small stability ball

I got the same exact result before, except my pull-ups then used much more support from the stability ball (a larger ball with more bounce). Therefore I claim some progress, but maybe not as much as I would like.

Pull up ladder

I’m not sure exactly how to report this, but I did 5 rounds of regular then had to switch to beginner pull ups where I made it to round 8
