Clean, GHD sit-ups

Puppies
15-12-9 reps for time of:
65 pound Clean
Sit-up

Time: 5:50

Had not much time this morning,  therefore did a bit of cherry picking.
with the clean and ght sit-ups as result. Felt a bit shakey with the
last cleans, but managed to do the last 9 in one set.

FRIDAY 120106

“Kelly”
Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 20 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

Round 1: 4:58
Round 2: 6:10
Round 3: 6:40
Total: 17:50

Subbed a 20 inch box and completed three rounds, also got the order mixed up and did wall balls before box jumps.  Thats what I get from going off memory.  Felt good throughout, broken sets of everything.  Before round 3 someone stole my box, so I wasted 30 seconds trying to track down another one.  And I think the distance might have been a little long.  But better too long than too short they say.

WoD 05.12.11 - Eva

Pack - 5 RFT
Run 800 m(ended up being aprox 840)
KB swing x 30 1.5 POD
Pull-ups x 30

Result: 48:43

Chose to do the WoD on a new pull-up bar that proved much more slippery than the one i’ve been using so far. Not sure how much it affected the total time, but might have resulted in a somewhat higher total time for PUs.

January 8 WOD

I discovered after I scaled the WOD with assisted pull-ups on the Gravitron that there were exercises like the beginner’s pull-up and other acceptable subs.  I did 5 assisted reps each minute for 10 minutes, tryting to reduce the assistance when I could, which was not often red face

Then I rowed 1000 meters, in two 500-meter sets, separated by a 1/2 mile walk around the gym’s inside track.

Will be using beginner’s pull-ups and others as subs for PUs whenever they appear in the WOD until I can do my own without any assistance. confused
