Was a little worried about over exerting since I am still coming back from a knee injury so I did the pack exercises and weights but only 25 repetitions per, finished in 10:11.4. Next time Nate comes around I Ill have to be sure I go full pack.

And hello everyone, didn’t realize this was my first post until I looked next to my name. I used Brand X scaling for about 3 months last year before I came down with patellar tendonitis after a long run and had to go through PT. All better now though and ready to get back into the swing of things and am looking forward to being a lot more active in the community this time around.

Time = very fast, the fastest this gets done as Rx’d is about 20 minutes (see the freakishly fast times on Mainsite).

So you have some room to increase reps/weight.
